Throughout the year, we provided job training for
approximately 200 employees across the company.

At the start of 2024, we committed to the Science
Based Targets Initiative, and in 2025, we aim to set
targets to take us to Net-Zero 2050. This is highly
ambitious in a complex sector with challenging
framework conditions, but we believe we can
make a difference.

Even though the requirements for CSRD reporting
will probably be delayed, we made sure in 2024 that
we are prepared for reporting in accordance with the
legislation. At the same time, we have developed the
tools and necessary data to ensure we can support
our customers with their reporting.

JOB SATISFACTION SURVEY
In 2023/24, we conducted a large-scale job satisfaction survey among both salaried and hourly paid
employees. On a scale of 1 to 5, satisfaction with Frode
Laursen as a workplace was 4.0 and 3.6 respectively.
