Today, 77% of our customers have access to our
customer portal, allowing them to track their deliveries directly and calculate the carbon footprint of a
specific transport operation.
Transparency and traceability along the value
chain are increasingly important to our customers,
particularly within the food sector.
As one of the Nordic region’s leading logistics
companies within FMCG, traceability is an essential
aspect of our processes.
With the help of barcodes and our internal WMS
and TMS systems, we can trace our customer’s products down to the individual pallet.
Whichever processes a pallet passes through at
our warehouse, we can guarantee traceability from
arrival at the logistics centres through to delivery to
customer or store.
At the same time, our systems ensure monitoring
and checking of expiry dates for both warehouse
stock and products leaving our logistics centres.

Transparency and checks
In 2024, 41 external audits were conducted
at Frode Laursen’s locations. We adhere to
the security requirements in NIS2 and are
audited by both Cybervadis and Ecovadis.
In 2024, we expanded our Code of
Conduct, adding a specific Supplier Code
of Conduct. Both documents encourage
employees and suppliers to use our whistleblowing system if they encounter any
breaches of our guidelines. There were no
reports in 2024.
