Good business
practices & ethics
and complies with this code.
In 2024, we updated and adjusted our Code of
Conduct, so we now have an internal Code of Conduct and a specific Supplier Code of Conduct.
Our objective is for all permanent suppliers
who deliver goods or services to us exceeding DKK
500,000 to have signed our Supplier Code of Conduct.
Both versions of our Code of Conduct emphasise
respect for human rights, including prohibition of
forced labour and child labour, no discrimination and
the right to join a trade union.
We have also made clear in our Code of Conduct
that we do not accept any form of corruption or bribery. Similarly, we have a strong focus on our values
internally, and reducing the risk of corruption. In addi-
tion, we have established a customer contact model
involving three key persons, thereby reducing the risk
of corruption. There have been no cases or suspicions
of corruption in 2024.
Finally, we have a whistleblowing system, enabling employees, customers, partners, suppliers
and other stakeholders to report any breaches of
our guidelines.
There were no reports in 2024.
Transparency and traceability
At Frode Laursen, we believe in transparency and
strong relations with both customers and employees.
In 2024, we further expanded our customer portal
(FL Analytics), giving our customers quick and easy
access to key figures and visualisations of their data

GOOD BUSINESS PRACTICES & ETHICS
For Frode Laursen, this includes treating all employees and business partners with respect, paying the
necessary tax in the countries in which we conduct
business, and having a Code of Conduct and a Supplier Code of Conduct, which we require all employees
and business partners to comply with.
We also have strong and close relationships with
the relevant trade unions in each country. We aim to
maintain and strengthen these in 2025.
While Frode Laursen is keen to support sound
business ethics and practices and respect human
rights, one of the risks we face is that some of our
suppliers might not share this focus.
All permanent suppliers must therefore read and
accept our Supplier Code of Conduct before entering
into partnership to ensure that everyone is aware of
Governance
Decency is a key principle for Frode Laursen. As an international business with a
proud tradition of keeping our word and delivering on time, it is imperative that
we adhere to strong business ethics and ensure that human rights are respected
throughout our value chain.
