In autumn 2024, Frode Laursen was nominated for the ‘CSR People Prize’,
awarded by the recognised Danish non-profit information centre Cabi (Center
for Aktiv Beskæftigelsesindsats/Centre for Active Employment Initiatives).
Director of Cabi, Mette Rønnau, commented on the nomination:
“Even though Frode Laursen operates in a sector known for being
highly focused on costs and resources, they prioritise initiatives that may
not yield a return here and now, but provide a huge gain over a longer
period. At times with a great shortage of labour, they will not be so badly
affected because they are able to recruit and accommodate a broad range
of employees.”
Although Frode Laursen did not take home the award, we are proud
to have been nominated and to receive the recognition from the jury:
“We are impressed with Frode Laursen’s initiatives to retain employees. The company ensures good dialogue with employees affected by
illness and takes into account the challenges faced by individuals. In the
event of personal problems, they go to great lengths to enable employees
to return.”
