Job satisfaction survey
In 2023/24, we conducted a job satisfaction survey to gain
greater insight into our employees’ attitudes toward working
at Frode Laursen and to identify ways to improve our workplace.
We divided the survey into salaried and hourly paid employees
and were pleased by both the positive results and constructive
feedback we received from both groups.
